Advance Xtra currently works with a large network of practices in the UK and Southern Ireland, ranging from sole practitioners to larger multi-partner firms, most of which achieve fantastic results from using our services. We have been trading since 2001 and work solely with accountants for one main reason, to help grow and develop their existing client base and increase the capital value of their practice. What Advance Xtra does is help introduce accountants to potentially bring in on average between £20,000 and £80,000 in new client GRF over an 18+ month period. The average sign up ratio for most of our accountants is 1 in 3 or higher depending on how good they are. Our current practices generally bring in new client fees of anything between £800 and £5,000+ per new client. Please remember, this is also an absolutely fantastic way to help generate lots of new referrals from the clients that you obtain from using our services. The Advance Xtra philosophy is a very simple one, accountants simply need to work smarter, not harder, and it is for this reason that we always go for quality over quantity with the appointments we arrange so that every accountant always gets a very good return on their investment. Based on our last year’s statistics with the practices we have worked with, it clearly shows that the low volume appointments of a much better quality are far more likely to sign up and convert with accountants, than doing the higher volumes of appointments where the quality of the meetings are affected, which generally results in a waste of the accountant’s time, and no new business, when they go to poor quality meetings. It is for this reason that our main priority and primary focus for 2010 is going to be based around the quality of the appointments and meetings that we generate and set up for accountants for this year.

The way we like to proceed when marketing for any new practice is to first do a trial block of either 5 or 10 appointments with them so we can assess ratios etc. The trial block fee will also include the following: - Data to cover the initial blocks (between 500-1000 leads) Database set up fee, Telemarketers’ fees, and Telephone and admin costs. Providing you have a sign up ratio of 1 in 5 or better from our appointments then you should be looking to make a guaranteed 100% return on your investment from the clients you sign up from the trial blocks we offer. The trial blocks are also on a non contractual basis Once we have completed your trial block, which can generally take between 6-10 weeks to complete depending on your location and type of clients you are targeting, we would do a small review on the overall campaign to see if any fine tuning is required to improve our service or your sign up ratio. We can also discuss at that point what scheme you wish to continue on, if you are happy with the service and results at the end of the trial block.
