Warnerbus are bespoke minibus converters offering a personalised design service to our customers for their wheelchair accessible vehicle. We tailor our customers’ vehicles to include wheelchair access via a tail-lift or lowering suspension, side entrance with step, handrails and lighting, strengthened floor, tailored seat layouts with various trims and safety features. A recent addition to our product range is a small, one wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) which is proving popular with many customers, including care homes. We also offer vehicle refurbishments which can reduce costs substantially for the end-user. As well as performing conversion work, we operate a full CRM policy. Our recently launched Complete Customer Care Package ensures that our customers are offered a second to none, personalised service throughout the entire process of purchasing and owning their accessible vehicle. This customer care policy has been recognised by both BSI who has produced a case study on Warnerbus and also Business Conquest who presented us with the customer service award 2010 in March.
