WeddingBeacon is a wedding website builder made for how families actually talk to each other: on WhatsApp.

Pick one of 30+ designs and build a single site for your story, schedule, dress code, travel and FAQs. Then invite guests one by one. Each guest gets a personal WhatsApp or email invite with their name on it, which opens their own page. It's not one poster dropped into a group chat.

Guests RSVP to each event they're invited to, whether that's an engagement, a traditional ceremony, a white wedding, a reception or a brunch. You can run up to six events on one site, and each guest only sees the events they're invited to. When a guest says yes, they get a QR guest pass. On the day, your door team checks people in from a phone, using a check-in role that can only see the door.

Guest sites and invites work in English and French, and you choose the language per household. You can import a guest list from Excel or CSV, and phone numbers are cleaned up before anything is sent. Couples can also collect gifts by card, including cash funds such as a honeymoon fund, along with a wishlist and links to outside registries. A guestbook collects notes and photos from guests on the day.

Planners and family can help through team roles (Owner, Editor, Check-in). Bea, the built-in AI assistant, helps you set up the site, the guest list and your messages, and nothing is sent or published until you confirm.

On the Standard and Season plans you also get automatic RSVP reminders, confirmations, day-of and thank-you messages, and a floor-plan drawing for seating.

Pricing is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and prices show in your local currency. WeddingBeacon is Free to start, and planners can run five weddings on the Season plan.
