Vertical Fitness and Vertical Joy are based in Gainsborough, offering you a warm and supportive environment so you can train as hard as you want whilst de-stressing. We offer a pay as you go and membership scheme so whether you are into boxing, insanity, pole dancing or suspension training we have it all! As well as keeping you safe the instructors main job is to ensure you reach your targets and take on new challenges. Whether you want to lose weight, increase your strength or just do a basic workout, the instructors are here to help.
