VanHols is a UK holiday letting website built only for static caravans on holiday parks. Guests can search static caravan holidays by seaside area and book direct from the owner. For owners, listing is free: no listing fee, no yearly fee and no cut of your bookings. You set your own nightly price, cleaning fee, dates and house rules, and you keep 100% of your nightly price and cleaning fee. VanHols is paid by a 12% service fee added to the guest's price, which is shown up front. Every booking is a request. The guest's card is held securely by Stripe and only charged once the owner accepts, and the owner has 24 hours to decide. Owner payouts go to their bank about 24 hours after check-in.
