Yoga Retreats & soul wellness retreats for the mind body & soul , a range of yoga styles and Ayurvedic Holistic treatments in beautiful locations . Sunflower Retreats offers an alternative holiday to that of big resorts; a retreat for people who prefer an authentic more natural, grounding and holistic holiday experience. Our low-profit organisation helps to sustain the economies of the areas that we work in, by making fair payments to local home owners, farmers, small businesses and people who provide accommodation, meals, activities and lessons for our guests. In this way we have supported the principles of sustainable ethical tourism since 1998 in Casperia, Italy and beyond, by integrating with, rather than changing, the area's way of life.
