Welcome to our Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Gym in Chingford. Whether you want to lose weight, get fit, improve your body shape or are recovering from injury our gym is perfect. We offer an extensive group class timetable, the finest facilities, a 25m swimming pool and sauna/steam room. Our members also have access to ASA swimming instructors, health mentors and physiotherapists.
