About Hoxton Gin
Established January 2017
Quality is key for Hoxton Gin, so we've only used a medley of natural & ethically sourced ingredients including coconut, grapefruit, juniper, iris, tarragon & Ginger in our premium gin. These are macerated for 5 days before a single distillation in 150 year old copper pot stills to obtain the perfect concentration to then be blended with the grain spirit. After which, we reduce the ABV to 40%. Hoxton Gin is then filtered and rested in steel tanks for two months. A long process which is only befitting of such a unique premium Gin.
