Caroline is an integrative therapeutic counsellor offering a warm, straightforward and down-to-earth approach. She supports adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, relationship difficulties, bereavement, trauma, domestic abuse and challenging life experiences.

She has particular experience supporting people affected by domestic abuse, police officers, emergency services personnel and those working in other high-pressure professions.
