We have a personal training studio and gym at Marshall's Mill in the vibrant Holbeck Urban Village on the edge of Leeds City Centre, which has free parking and showers for clients to use.

We have also recently started to conduct personal training sessions at the new motive8 residential gymnasium at Saxton Gardens in Leeds. Saxton Gardens is kitted out with the latest Technogym cardiovascular equipment in addition to strength equipment such as Olympic bars, free weights, medicine balls, TRX's and ViPR's.

Personal training session are performed in our training studio or, if you prefer, we can come to your home.
