Moreover, Hemlock owns the 5 axis Mikron machines that can surface aluminum at speeds of 36000 rpm and can move at the speeds of up to 90m per minute. This machine is one of the fastest machines in the world. Furthermore, Hemlock Engineering Ltd has a fixed head turning cell comprising one Nakamura WT150 and 4 Doosan CNC Lathes. The cell also has the benefit of a robotic saw and we can machine components up to 12” in diameter. We also offer slidinghead capacity through HPC Services Ltd - a sister company of Hemlock.
