great price for human hair clip ins, really nice and thick but the clips still sit flat. My only issue would be there are one or two random light hairs in them( they are black) and i find them a bit frizzy but nothing good mask and hair oil doesn’t fix

Absolutely outstanding service from Beauty Works. My clip-in extensions I ordered for my wedding went missing as the courier said they’d been delivered when they hadn’t been.
I spoke to customer services and they sent out replacement hair within 24 hours (thankfully with a reliable courier)
The clip-ins are absolutely beautiful and completely perfect for my wedding.

Ordered on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday, it’s now Saturday and still not here and trying to get this issue resolved via beautyworks of evri has been so difficult. There’s no direct number to call to speak to an actual person and the number available is automated and the robot just says it’s on its way then hangs up.

After placing my order I was excited to receive my hair product, I managed to use the discount code from the page and bagged an extra 15% off. My items arrives and 2 bottles were damaged inside the box and inside the bag, they had leaked and were a mess! I contacted the customer care team and got a fast reply and an apology.They asked to send photos and I did and sent out replacement items immediately, no ifs or buts! Just replaced with new, that's how you do customer service.
Next day delivery on my items too!
Customer care at its finest.
I'll definitely be back as I feel I can trust I'll be a customer and not a number.
The shampoo and conditioner is also the best I e known in a long time. Makes your hair silky smooth.

Beauty works Aries hairdryer worked fine for 18 months then stopped checked all the usual causes no obvious fault just not turning on - for £170 I would expect it to last longer got in touch but as it’s out of 12 month warranty best they could do was offer me a £20 voucher EDITED review - I have edited this review as a lovely lady called Louise from beauty works got in touch after reading my review to see if she could help- AMAZING customer service from this point!!!!!! Replacing my dryer despite being out of warranty so that I am not out of pocket!! Thanks so much Louise hopefully this was just a one off problem looking forward to receiving my new dryer
