Vacancy: GROUP EDUCATION DIRECTOR - Start August 2025 or sooner - Kuala Lumpur or Singapore Edvectus is exclusively managing the search for a Group Education Director. The Taylor's School Group has been educating children for over 20 years and is one of the largest private K-12 schools’ groups in the region with 5 schools in Malaysia and 1 in Singapore. This position will be reporting to the President of Taylor’s Schools. You will be part of Taylor’s Schools Office and oversee the quality of the delivery of the teaching and learning for all schools. Together with the President, you will develop the strategic priorities for each of the schools and play a significant role in the overall teaching and learning direction of Taylor’s Schools and its portfolio of schools in the region. Job Responsibility: The Group Education Director (GED) will collaborate with the Principals and the academic teams at the schools to provide the strategic direction for the development and implementation of a quality teaching and learning framework, program development and accreditation, management of resources and provision of academic services that enrich the student experience. Together with the schools, the GED will develop a shared vision, and define and implement a multi-year strategic plan for the comprehensive integration of technology, promoting excellence and supporting change throughout the instructional environment. Full JD is here detailing roles and responsibilities: https://lnkd.in/gbdUwp6z Qualifications and Requirements ● At least a Bachelor’s degree but an Advanced Degree qualification specialising in Education and/or Teaching and Learning is preferred ● Demonstrated knowledge and experience of digital curriculum development and instructional strategies and tools in K-12 schools, including the management and evaluation of teaching and learning effectiveness ● Demonstrated experience in effective teaching and learning including ability to develop scholarly, innovative, and flexible approaches to teaching and the facilitation of learning ● Experience in planning, implementing, and assessing the effective use of technology in learning environments ● Effective at bringing varied entities together to collaborate and implement digital curriculum that supports learning. ● Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders and align on strategic plans for digital learning in specific and overall teaching and learning in general and have successful track records in delivering on those plans. Vacancy: PRIMARY TEACHER - THAILAND - AUGUST 2024 We are looking for a Primary Teacher to join an international school in Thailand from August 2024. This is an English language, coeducational, college-preparatory day school in Thailand, with students from pre-kindergarten (2 years old) through to grade 12 (18 years old). The school provides a comprehensive academic program and an array of co-curricular activities. It is an American style school with programs that are designed to accommodate students from many nations who may come with a variety of educational needs. At high school level, they offer the IB Diploma program, though students who elect not to enrol in the IB program are still able to enrol in regular high school courses and work for their High School Diploma. The school has full accreditation by the U.S. based Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Thai ministry of Education (MOE).
