Warnerbus wins Customer Service Award 2010

By Warnerbus Ltd

05/19/2010 As you are no doubt aware, Warnerbus has always taken great pride in its level of customer care. We realised 18 years ago how vital it is to look after our customers and we have, year by year, worked at improving our customer relationship management. Only this year, following feedback from our Customer Satisfaction Surveys, we increased our conversion warranty from 12 months to 36 months. We also launched our ‘Driving Quality’ campaign and continue to maintain an extremely high quality standard in all that we do.

In January 2010, our new Customer Care Package was initiated which offers customers’ assistance and back-up in every form, to aid them with their purchase.
From the design stages of the vehicle, to issuing the quotation and then performing the conversion, we strive to offer the most professional service possible. Then, once delivery and presentation has taken place, we maintain contact with the end-users, offering them courtesy reminder calls when essential servicing is necessary and back-up during their entire ownership of the vehicle. In conclusion, we never forget our customers. They are, and always will be our number one priority.

On 25 March 2010, Warnerbus was recognised for its outstanding contribution to Customer Care during the Conquest Business 2010 Awards. We were commended by the panel of judges and, despite strong competition, we were awarded the Customer Service Award for 2010.

Our new website features details of this award, and TV coverage of the event will follow shortly. I am sure that you will join me in congratulating the entire Warnerbus Team for their outstanding commitment to customer care. Please see www.warnerbus.com for further details of this award.
