About Pomeroy Development Projects Ltd

The Rowan Tree Centre, built in 2009, is a social economy project developed by Pomeroy Development Projects Ltd. The Centre offers Training/Conference facilities for up to 100 people, 2 meeting rooms and Board Room as well as industrial units to let for people starting up or expanding their own business.

This facility was made possible through funding from DETI, DSD, IFI, Cookstown District Council, UCIT loan and support form the lcola community.
