The Kenpo Taiji Association runs regular classes for adults on Kenpo Taiji, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Wuji.

Kenpo Taiji is not based purely on physical strength. It is 50% physical, 50% mind, in other words not only do we learn how to punch and kick but we must learn how to change our mind set to that of a wild animal when attacked or in fight. Through learning Kenpo Taiji you will become a master of adaptability, which is the crux to the whole system and indeed a healthy life. We teach you how to adapt and counter everything that the attacker is doing to you, by using the element of surprise instead of doing what he expects you to do.

The core of the Kenpo Taiji system is the original Yang Lu Chan Tai-Chi Long form. This powerful form incorporates slow and explosive (Fa-jing) movements and every posture is a lethal Dim-Mak (Pressure point) strike. Correct and consistent practice of this form will lead us to Internal Stillness and Balance.
